Hayley Lim

Hayley Lim is a freelance Senior Art Director, Designer and Director working internationally out of Montreal. She moved from Boston to Montreal at age 17 to attend McGill University where she graduated with a business degree.

A self-taught designer, she learned design from YouTube tutorials and practiced her newfound skills at the university newspaper every week. With over 10+ years of experience. She started her career in advertising, working at bleublancrouge, Rethink, Cossette and Ogilvy.

She has worked with design studios such as &Walsh, Baillat Studio, Caserne, High Tide and more. Her work has been recognized by the Cannes Lions, ADC, TDC, D&AD, Clio, ADISQ, Berlin Commercial, ADCC and Idea Awards. She was also named the Rising Star in Design from the Advertising and Design Club of Canada in 2024 and was a Young Guns: Colorful Finalist in 2023 and 2024 and a Young Guns Winner in 2026.
