MLTI NYC

Kristen is the Founder and Creative Director of MLTI NYC, an award-winning multi-disciplinary boutique creative agency based in New York City. She and her global team specialize in branding, campaigns, packaging, and experiences for clients like Pepsi, Wilson, Foot Locker, Superfeet, and Amazon.

Kristen began her career at Nike WHQ, where she spent nearly a decade across both Product Creation and Brand Design. She worked on everything from LeBron and Kobe Basketball campaigns to Tier 1 product launches and innovation summits for Nike Women and the Rio Olympics. She later led global rebrands and product launches for Mountain Dew and Aquafina at the PepsiCo Design & Innovation Center.

Driven to share lessons from her entrepreneurial journey, Kristen created The Elevated Creative, a platform and art book exploring the intersection of creativity, entrepreneurship, and mindfulness.

Kristen lives and works in Mexico City and New York City. When not working, she’s running, writing, learning Spanish, and exploring food and art scenes in CDMX, NYC, and beyond.
