Ariane began her career in London after completing a BA in Graphic Design at Central Saint Martins in 2011. Initially drawn to the fashion industry, she started out at Vivienne Westwood. Upon returning to Montreal, she collaborated closely with fashion designer Rad Hourani for two years on an eponymous book and subsequent exhibition. During that time, she also joined the Aldo Group, where she worked on Shellys London and Little Burgundy.

In 2016, following a period of freelance work at agencies such as Lg2 and Cossette, she was recruited to join Sid Lee in Toronto. In 2019, she joined Wedge, where she remained until 2023. Her work there includes Swirl, Ami Ami, Gender Creative Kids, EQ3, Matheson Food Company, and Aupale Vodka.

She then pursued her ambition to work more closely with architecture by joining NÓS Architecture in-house and helping shape the studio’s identity. In 2024, she co-founded Martha with design partner Guillaume Lavallée, where they are able to take on their own projects and approach them through their complementary perspectives. Together with a small team, they collaborate with brands such as Greenpeace, Bioitalia, Fondation du MAC, Festival TransAmériques, Ada, WeCook, Les Louanges, Proxies, Menu Extra, and Etc.
